We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where a price or description error is obvious, or where we suspect fraudulent activity — in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on this website and at checkout. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment provider. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Product information

We aim to describe our products and show their appearance accurately. Product photography is illustrative. This is a cosmetic at-home whitening product. It is not a medical or dental treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. No specific whitening result is guaranteed, and individual results vary.

Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions included in the box. If you have dental work, gum concerns, ongoing sensitivity, or you are unsure whether this product is suitable for you, consult your dentist before use.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any data held by it.

Our liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, up to the amount you paid for the product in question.
