Returns & Refunds

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Changed your mind

For hygiene reasons, opened oral-care products cannot be returned. If your order is unopened and unused, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first so we can confirm the return address and give you instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo of what you received. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the cost of returning the item where a return is needed.

Items that cannot be returned

For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used product, or any item that has been damaged after delivery. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order reference and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.

Refund processing

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional business days to show the funds on your statement.

Where a refund is issued for a delivered order, the original delivery charge is refunded only where the whole order is returned because it was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
