Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, delivery address and phone number where provided. If you contact us, we keep the contents of that message. If you submit a form on this site, we keep the information you enter.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver your order, send order confirmations and delivery updates, respond to enquiries, handle returns and refunds, and keep records we are required to keep. Where you have asked to hear from us, we use your email address to send those messages; you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the store — our payment processor, our fulfilment and delivery partners, and our hosting and email providers — and only as needed for them to perform those services. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to work, such as keeping the contents of your cart and remembering your cookie preferences. Where optional analytics or advertising technologies are used, they are described in the cookie banner and are only activated in line with the choice you make there.

Keeping your data

We keep order records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. When they are no longer needed, we delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, please contact us.

Children

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
