Prepare
Open your box of 7 bags of Medcodes Purple Whitening Strips and read the manufacturer's instructions included with it. Have a clean, dry mouth before your first application, and follow the guidance on how many strips to use.
Use
Peel a strip from its sachet, press it onto your teeth as directed in the instructions, and leave it on for the recommended 30 minutes. Don't exceed the schedule printed in your box.
Smile
Remove the strip and discard it, then rinse or brush as directed. Carry on with your day — whitening is simply part of your oral-care routine now.
