How does the whitening product work?
The strips combine colour correction and PAP+ whitening in a dual-active formula. They are applied directly to the teeth and left on for around 30 minutes. The manufacturer's instructions explain exactly how to apply and time each use — always follow those instructions rather than any generic advice.
How do I use it?
Read the included instructions first. Peel a strip from its sachet, press it onto your teeth and leave it on for the recommended 30 minutes, then remove and discard it.
How often can I use it?
Frequency depends on the manufacturer's guidance and your own sensitivity. Start with the schedule printed in your box and do not exceed it.
What comes in the box?
Each box contains 7 bags of Medcodes Purple Whitening Strips and the manufacturer's usage instructions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, then dispatched to the address you enter at checkout. Delivery times depend on your destination and the option you choose — see our Shipping Policy for detail.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery options and their prices are shown at checkout before you pay. The charge is a flat amount per order and doesn't go up when you add more boxes, so buying a multi-box pack doesn't cost more to ship.
Can I buy multiple boxes?
Yes — and it saves you money. Buying two or three boxes lowers the price per box. Choose your pack on the shop page, or add more to your cart and check out in one go.
Is it suitable for everyone?
It's intended for adult at-home cosmetic use. If you have dental work, gum concerns, ongoing sensitivity, or you're simply unsure whether it's right for you, check with your dentist before starting.
What should I do if I experience sensitivity or discomfort?
Stop using the product and follow the guidance in the included instructions. If discomfort continues, speak to your dentist.
Is this a medical or dental treatment?
No. It's a cosmetic at-home whitening product and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. No specific whitening result is guaranteed, and results vary from person to person.
Can I return it?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, opened product can't be returned unless it's faulty. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Do you offer a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment — nothing renews in the background and there's nothing to cancel.
